Job Overview
Marine Biotech Viet Nam/Aquaproducts is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead
business development and drive revenue growth in Vietnam.
This role is responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business, and guiding the commercial team to achieve sales targets in the aquaculture and animal nutrition sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Identify and develop new clients (feed mills, integrators, distributors)
• Build and execute a clear sales strategy for Vietnam
• Drive adoption of Aquaproducts' solutions (e.g. hydrolysates in aqua & livestock feed)
Key Account Management
• Manage and grow strategic accounts
• Lead high-level negotiations and commercial discussions
• Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
Technical Sales & Field Trials
• Initiate, coordinate, and monitor in-farm and feed mill trials to demonstrate product performance
• Work closely with clients to define trial protocols, KPIs (growth, FCR, survival, palatability), and evaluation criteria
• Ensure proper execution and follow-up of trials, including regular site visits when required
• Analyze trial results and translate them into commercial arguments and business opportunities
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop case studies and support product positioning
Team Leadership
• Supervise and mentor Sales &
Marketing Executive(s)
• Coordinate with Sales Admin to ensure smooth execution
• Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure accountability
Market & Strategy
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and risks
• Support product positioning and pricing strategy
• 5+ years experience in sales (livestock, feed, aquaculture or animal nutrition preferred)
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
• Existing network in feed or livestock industry is a major advantage
• Fluent in Vietnamese and good English
• Leadership ability and team management experience
