OVERVIEW:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance at project level, leading a team of Sales Consultants and ensuring consistent achievement of assigned revenue targets.
This role focuses on execution excellence, team productivity, and deal closing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales Execution & Revenue Delivery
• Own and deliver revenue targets for assigned project(s)
• Execute sales plans and ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Monitor pipeline, conversion rates, and sales performance
2. Team Leadership
• Manage and lead a team of Sales Consultants
• Provide daily coaching, deal support, and performance tracking
• Drive discipline, motivation, and closing capability within the team
3. Deal Closing & Client Management
• Support key deals and high-value clients
• Ensure strong client experience and maximize conversion
• Handle objections and complex negotiations when needed
4. Coordination & Reporting
• Report performance and insights to
Sales Director• Work closely with Marketing for lead generation and campaign execution
