Mô tả công việc
Galaxy Studio is a subsidiary of Galaxy Entertainment & Education (Galaxy EE, the top education and entertainment corporation in Vietnam operating in 6 areas related to film and online study).
Galaxy Studio is currently one of the leading film distribution, production and theater chain operation in Vietnam. We has an excellent team of people, an open, creative, and challenge-welcoming work environment.
The Sales & Marketing Manager play a pivotal role in leading and managing three key teams within the Sales & Marketing department: Sales, Brand Management, and Marketing.
1. Sales Strategy and Execution
Develop and execute the overall Sales strategy, including identifying target markets, customers (B2B, B2C) and developing appropriate commercial policy accordingly.
Lead Sales team to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Establish strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
2. Brand Strategy and Execution
Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency in design, advertising, and customer experience.
3. Marketing Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional
advertising, and events to achieve KPIs on revenue and customer.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Stay current with industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Leadership and Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals in the Sales, Brand and Marketing departments.
Develop and nurture a high-performance culture within the teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Set clear goals and KPIs for each team and regularly assess performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
5. Budget Management
Manage and allocate budgets for the Sales, Brand Management, and Marketing teams effectively.
Ensure that all expenditures align with departmental and company goals.
Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report financial performance monthly.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with other departments such as Distribution, Operations, F&A, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment with sales and marketing efforts.
Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other relevant departments to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.
7. Other duties as assigned by CEO

Yêu cầu
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
Proven extensive experience in sales and marketing roles;
Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales & marketing KPI
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Other Requirements:
Good communication skills both written and oral, presentation and negotiation skill in Vietnamese and English;
Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills;
The ability to work under pressure;
Willingness to travel.
