TONT Customer Contract Management Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing a channel strategy that maximizes our
trade marketing, focusing on Tie Up TT On Outlets & potential Tie up.
Key Responsibilities
ICP planning & Execution follow up.
Working with RMG and Sales team to define total Tied Up Contract offers for key customers beyond Cash (SP + POSM + Visibility + Activation) and follow up to ensure commitment delivered at outlet level.
Working on prioritization to identify group of customers in Tied Up contracts with total Value Proposition Offers from Heineken Vietnam (By BU / by Region)
Budget planning:
Following ICP Planning and prioritization to track & follow up on Budget
Collaborating with Sales Team to get Tie up Plan (current & upcoming) & reserving budget for total Tied Up & potential Tied up outlet list
Performance evaluation
Monitoring performance of Tied Up outlets by BU, by provinces / micro battles in broader view (Cash / non - cash): Sales, Sales growth, Volume share, Visibility share & Outlet owner collaboration rate
Market understanding build-up
Providing insightful consumer and customer understanding at Competitors' outlets
Work with cross functions to build competitors' tie -up converting
