Act as the Project Owner for assigned customer projects from inquiry through project closing.
Communicate with overseas customers regarding product development, quotations, orders, production status, shipment schedules, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with Development, Costing, Production, Quality,
Purchasing, factories, and other related teams to ensure project milestones and customer requirements are achieved.
Manage customer Purchase Orders, prepare quotations and Proforma Invoices, and follow up on customer approvals.
Follow up on sample development, customer feedback, design changes, production progress, shipment readiness, and customer payment status to ensure on-time delivery.
Enter Sales Orders into the ERP system (SAP), request production from the Purchasing team, and maintain accurate sales and shipment records in SAP and Groupware.
Review and prepare commercial and shipping documents, including Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin (C/O), Debit/Credit Notes, and Insurance documents.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate inventory replenishment, and support warehouse, transportation, and logistics operations to ensure efficient product availability and delivery.
Monitor shipment costs, timelines, and operational performance, and coordinate timely resolution of issues related to production, inventory, or shipping.
Prepare required reports and documentation, and identify opportunities to improve project coordination, operational efficiency, and customer service.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in backpacks, bags, outdoor equipment, or garment products, is preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of SAP or other systems is an advantage.
Strong project coordination and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working days: 5 days/week, from Monday to Friday.
Working time: 70 - 160.
