**About the Role
The Sales Operation Leader/Manager is responsible for coordinating and optimizing all salesrelated activities, from operational workflows and sales team support to data analysis aimed at improving sales performance. This role requires close collaboration across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Warehouse and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve revenue targets.
**Key Responsibilities
1. System Management & New Store Launch (Offline)
• Develop comprehensive launch plans for each new store: manpower - merchandise - facilities- POSM.
• Fully set up internal operations before the official opening day.
• Establish and update display standards, store layout, shelves, and brand identity at the point of sale.
2. Product Display Standards (Offline)
• Work with the Visual
Merchandiser to design display guidelines based on product group and campaign.
• Coordinate periodic checks on store displays to ensure compliance.
• Propose improvements to layout/shelving to enhance product presentation and customer experience.
3. Recruitment - Training - Handover for Retail Staff (Offline)
• Plan recruitment for new/expanding retail systems.
• Design basic training programs; coordinate with the Retail Manager to evaluate probation and sales performance.
• Hand over trained staff to the Retail Manager for sales management.
4. Support
Trade Marketing & Merchandise Movement (Offline)
• Implement POSM and promotion programs at each store as guided by the Marketing team.
• Manage merchandise transfer between warehouse and stores.
• Ensure correct product allocation and display at offline points of sale, aligned with campaigns and display standards.
5. Online Channel Operations & Synchronization
• Set up and execute promotions for Social Commerce or similar platforms.
• Align product listings, prices and promotions on the website, ensuring consistency between offline and online channels.
• Update SKU codes and inventory for overseas platforms, ensuring data synchronization even when systems are not fully integrated.
• Monitor and coordinate resolution of inventory discrepancies or sync errors across domestic & international sales channels.
• Propose processes, tools or solutions to improve operations and multichannel data synchronization.
• Track sample making, receiving samples, and coordinate with the Sample and Design team for approval before production.
6. Revenue & Sales Performance Management
• Take direct responsibility for the overall revenue of the retail system
• Manage and develop the team of
Sales Supervisors/Store Managers to enhance capability, morale, and sales closing skills.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs of each store, propose solutions to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Propose sales programs, promotions, and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
