• Responsible for sales in Vietnam
• Lead and supervise the sales and service team in Vietnam
• Promote and sell IKA's laboratory and analytical equipment to customers and distributors
• Expand IKA's market share in Vietnam
• Develop and establish new sales network
• Maintain good customer relationship
• Increase sales volume by achieving yearly target
• Monitor the execution of agreements and contracts, including payments, delivery, after sales service, etc.
• Organize and participate in sales & marketing meetings and activities, including workshops, seminars, roadshows, exhibitions, webinars, etc.
• Manage competition analysis including pricing, technical specifications, etc. regularly
• Report leads, active projects and sales activities direct to Director in Malaysia
Yêu cầu
• Degree in Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Natural Sciences
• At least 7 - 10 years of sales experiences in selling laboratory & analytical instruments
• At least 3 years of sales manager role and team leadership experiences
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good product knowledge
• Able to work independently under high pressure and with limited supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong market development strategic ability
• Efficient sales/ marketing organization & planning
• Familiar with Windows, MS Office, CRM and SAP
• A valid driver's license is a must (frequent driving and travel is needed for this position)
