Mô tả công việc

1. Tuyển sinh & Chiến lược/ Enrollment & Strategy:

Implement the enrollment tasks, advise and support the enrollment plan and strategy according to the assigned targets.
Ensure the enrollment process is carried out in compliance with the issued procedures and policies.
Organize and carry out enrollment activities according to the approved action plan.

2. Tư vấn & Hỗ trợ/ Consulting & Support:

Advise parents and students about the academic programs.
Seek and develop potential customer sources.

3. Quản lý, Đào Tạo & Phân bổ công việc/ Management, Training & Task allocation:

Allocate enrollment targets to staff under direct management.
Design training plans for the staff to achieve the set strategies and targets.
Periodically report the results of student enrollment to the Board of Management.

4. Nghiên cứu & Khảo sát Thị trường/ Market Research & Survey:

Organize market survey activities, gathering market intelligence and working with the Board of Management to analyse results in relation to the Schools' marketing plans.
Plan, research and coordinate the school's promotion, liaising with relevant parties both internally and externally.

5. Sự kiện/ Events - Hỗ trợ và điều phối các Ngày Khai giảng của trường.:

Assistance and coordination at Open Days of the School.
Coordinate the School's annual graduation/ prize-giving.
Marketing support for the School's annual activities.
Coordinate School events in relation to major accreditations and audits.
Coordinate closely with other departments such as the Board of Principals, and Academic Affairs, etc. to ensure smooth and effective enrollment and marketing activities.

6. Quan hệ công chúng/ Public relation:

Liaise with academic and administrative staff to request and collate information for inhouse publications.
Maintain a photo library and arranging external photo shoots and filming with students as well as in-house photo shoots with School staff and students.
Update the School's PR notice boards.
Represent & promote the School at various events and providing market analysis post-events.

Other tasks as directed by the Board of Management.

Yêu cầu

1. Trình độ học vấn/ Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration/Marketing or related fields.

2. Kinh nghiệm/ Experience:

At least 5-10 years of experience working in enrollment and marketing, particularly in the education field.

3. Kĩ năng/ Skills:

Good communication in English.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage.
Good communication skills, especially in consulting.
Ability to work in a team and manage the team effectively.
Experience in sourcing and developing potential customers.
