Vietmap Application JSC. is established in the year 2006 by an elite group of experts in GIS (Geographic Information System) and information technology.
Today, VIETMAP is known as a leading company in Vietnam about digital map making as well as GIS services and products providing.
We are seeking an expertise Sales Operations Specialist who contribute to manage Sales processes efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Carry out sales management task from sales business trip (in order to take care customers and research the market), sales following up & deal, sales quotation & order, warranty checking and customer support aftersales.
Collect, monitor and report the Sales & Marketing expense from budget, approval until spending.
Monitor all the quotation and sales marketing contract.
Being in charge for monitoring and checking the sales transaction process.
Manage, reconcile and report about the sales promotion, campaign, sales order and expense.
Collaborate with others Sales & Admin team member and others department to follow up all sales activities and customers
Participate in business trip with sales team member to handle customer and report about the market's statistics
Monitor and control the stock of warehouse and shipment orders.
Implement sales daily/weekly/monthly report
Others tasks and request from managers and department.

Yêu cầu
At least 3 years of experience as Finance field or Sales Operations
Proven skills of using systems, platform, application as CRM.....
Deep understanding of the sales process and market to support the sales team.
Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions about deal, promotion,..
Research and reporting data, market & customers.
Good communication skills to work with all others internal departments and external customers.
MS Office skill is required
