Sales Planning Specialist

Responsibility 1: Sale Strategy and Planning
- Send Daily and Monthly Sales reports with detailed business analysis for upper managers to highlight any changes. (Others: Tet Reports, Hamper Reports...)
- Work with Store Managers on monthly sales targets. Upload Daily Targets on GMD system on time and accurately.
- Coordinate with another internal department (POG, MD Strategy) to define store clusters based on demographic analysis and shopper trends
Responsibility 2: Category Management
- Evaluate product performance, work with Merchandisers to expand product categories and give solutions for unsuccessful products.
- Suggest effective pricing strategy and promotional activities for KVIs.
- Support Merchandisers in building up categories strategy & plan (category management knowledge, market database,..)
- Establish price and promotion guidance to optimize pricing strategy and Lotte Mart's sales profit.
Responsibility 3: Interaction with external department
- Collect internal data, respond to send report to the Government Department
- Check abnormal data once getting feedback from the collaboration partner in the data exchange
- Coordinate internal department and external departments (SME corporation, government department, collaboration partner) in category development as well as company business
