Sales Overseas

BROADLY:
Expand the presence of AFS Vietnam locally as well as Globally by using various channels of marketing.
Directly or indirectly be responsible for the increase in the volume of business of AFS Vietnam.
To study the market and innovate to improve our presence and increase sales
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Send regular marketing emails to global network partners introducing the organisation and follow up for co-operation.
Send marketing emails and sales calls to prospective customers locally in Vietnam
Make periodical sales visits to local customers if required
Ensure timely response to the inquiries received with competitive rates
Follow up on the quotations submitted to get confirmation or feedback with target rates
Identify trade fairs, conferences, and seminars happening locally and attend the same to gain more visibility (with prior approval from Management)
Attend Logistics conferences locally as well as globally as and when directed by the management to promote AFS.
Attend relevant networking events to promote the company.
Meet Global Partners visiting Vietnam and build rapport with them.
Keep records on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis of the activities and send reports to Management periodically as directed.
