Mô tả công việc
CloudEast VN is looking for a talented candidate for the position of "Sales Planning Manager" with detailed information as follows:
1. Demand acquisition planning
- Leverage platforms' tools (e.g. promotions, in-app marketing assets, platform routine campaigns...) to acquire daily orders.
- Understand each platform's nature, strategy and user attraction journey to best curate and design promo and campaigns achieve demand KPI.
2. Food delivery platform investment management
- Regularly (daily, weekly and monthly) observe and measure campaign performance in details to provide actionable insights for investment optimization in accordance with investment KPI.
- Build partnership with platform partners and manage daily business conversations to ensure rapport.
3. Demand allocation management:
- Work closely with kitchen operation planning team to make daily forecast for each kitchen to ensure kitchen resources usage.
- Be able to promptly react and problem solve to ensure forecast accuracy.
4. Expansion:
- Explore other sale channels to diversity source of sales.
- Negotiate with market players to meet budget guidelines.
Yêu cầu
1. 3+ years of working experience as Sales Planning for FMCG, Ecommerce, Food Delivery Industry.
2. Good and love to play with numbers: Detail oriented; Proficiency in excel.
3. Entrepreneurial mindset that welcomes changes and challenges.
4. Aspire to create sustainable growth for business.
5. Accountability: Be the first one to act on a problem.
6. Clear communication. Extrovert is a plus
