SCOPE OF WORKS
The position holder will be responsible for the developing and servicing China FDI market in the South, Owners, Mechanical and Electrical Contractors, Consultants, End Users and relevant agencies. In addition, he/she is also responsible to meet the sales, margin and collection targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Promote electrical components to contractors, consultants, owners and investors, focusing on China FDI market
b. Assist in planning and conduct sales activities (such as sales visits, projects pipeline and opportunities, weekly visit and project report), to achieve sales objectives.
c. Focus in project sales, by building relationship with consultants, owner and
developerd. To formulate and implement actions to strengthen customer relationships.
e. To actively gather market and key competitors information

PRINCIPALES COMPETENCES REQUISES
• Proficiency in Chinese is required, English is a plus.
• College or university graduate, major in
Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Good personality, Sales-motivated and Service-minded.
• Good contacts with Owner, Developer, M&E consultants and Contractors are a definite advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical network systems is a plus.
• Good computer skills in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
