Actively and independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation, and closure.
Participate in the planning, formulation, coordination and execution of sales and marketing activities
Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
Propose sales strategies to improve sales performance of the responsible market
Prepare sales analysis and reporting
Assist with ad hoc project when assigned
Be accountable for handling end-to-end sales cycle from pre-sales to post-sales processes including customer visits, presentation, tender, quotation, proposal, delivery and invoicing in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the Operations and Technical teams to ensure services are deliverable and meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely sales data, pipeline status, and client communications using the company's CRM system
• Align sales activities with the company's global strategy, focusing on high-potential industries and regions.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree holder. Major in business administration, marketing, international trade or a relevant technical field is preferred
1-5 years' experience in B2B sales or Import/export, sourcing, trading or supply chain activities.
• Experience in selling technical services within the Inspection, Testing, Certification (TIC) industry, or directly to global Supply Chain/Quality/Sourcing departments is preferred
Strong track record of success in B2B sales, successfully closing big deal size. Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must. Mandarin Chinese as second/additional language is preferable.
Experience in managing a team is preferred.
Able to work schedules that align with target market
Should be sales-driven, independent, mature and value integrity
Ambitious to work in a fast-growing environment with the opportunity to take managerial role.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and prospects
