1. Job Objective
The role is to support sales efforts and maintain key accounts within the Electronics-related exhibitions sector. Responsibilities include conducting market research, driving sales strategies, managing partnerships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales team, all aimed at achieving or exceeding sales targets and fostering customer satisfaction. The scope involves proactive engagement with potential exhibitors, existing clients, and industry stakeholders, while also staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.
2. Major Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team with experience in Electronics-related exhibitions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining key accounts.
I. Market Research
1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential exhibitors and sponsors in the field of industrial and manufacturing, both within Vietnam and internationally.
2. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
3. Visit industry-related events and trade shows to network and generate interest in our exhibition.
II. Sales and Partnership Building
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
2. Identify and generate new leads through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
4. Assist in the creation and management of strategic account plans for key clients, identifying growth opportunities and implementing initiatives to increase sales.
III. Negotiation and Contract Management
1. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, emphasizing
our products or services' unique features and benefits.
2. Support the Manager in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
3. Provide ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Prepare detailed sales reports, including pipeline status, payment process, sales forecast, and achievement against targets, and present them to the Manager and management as required.
IV. Teamwork & Training
1. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication, coordination, and follow-up on sales opportunities.
2. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Sales Performance:
- Percentage of sales targets achieved or exceeded.
- Total revenue generated from new and existing accounts.
- Number of new leads generated and converted into sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Customer satisfaction scores or feedback ratings.
- Percentage of key accounts retained over a given period.
- Number of upselling or cross-selling opportunities identified and realized.
Market Research and Insights:
- Accuracy and relevance of market research findings.
- Number of actionable insights provided to the sales team and management.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Success rate in negotiating favorable terms and closing deals.
- Timeliness and accuracy of contract preparation and management.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Accuracy and comprehensiveness of sales reports.
- Ability to analyze sales data and provide meaningful insights for decision-making.

Yêu cầu công việc

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in fields of Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or an industrial-related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, with a minimum of [3] years for assistant sales manager of relevant experience in event management, industrial and manufacturing industry, or the Electronics industry.
- Strong network and relationships within the industrial and manufacturing sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese languages (written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
