• Proactively find sales opportunities by exploring the full small project market (Villa, Shophouse, Private house, hotel, office building, apartments, ... any other possible projects for elevators and escalators across and outside the cities)
• Work and update with
Sales Manager in weekly base for designated geographic areas on bids issued, which the bid target shall be set by Sales Manager and closely monitor
• Maintain relationship with existing customer base and explore opportunities for new projects
• Contact customers, consul and creatively build sales proposals in respond to customers' needs and pitch to win the project
• Prepare the sales proposal quotations and optimize the solution for customers with internal Departments
• Attend project tender reviews, negotiate the contracts to conclude the sales while maximizing the terms and conditions
• Follow with contract reviews and comply to Company's policies
• Make necessary data input on profit & lost, and produce reports as assigned
• Updates on competitors and market information
