Job Purpose:
The Senior Manager - Sales is responsible for overall business and operational activities in the designated country. He/She will lead the designated teams with a mid-to-long-term strategic perspective to drive and achieve the agreed sales targets and profit objectives so that the organization can grow and can reach the desired market position as defined by the management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensures its strong presence. Achieving growth and hitting sales turnover as per budgets, gross-profit targets, and reduce AR.
2. Provide leadership on matters pertaining to key business and operational decisions to direct reports, ensuring issues are effectively resolved and to ensure smooth running of the overall operations.
3. Build and maintain good relationships with distributors and existing/potential customers through networking for information on business opportunities, collaboration and branding of the company to enhance the brand value and market positioning.
4. Develop a strategic long-term, mid-term, and annual business plan to achieve sales and profit targets, and drive the team to achieve them.
5. Manage annual sales promotions and special sales campaigns for the responsible area in coordination across internal departments and external partners.
6. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
7. Managing, Recruiting, Coaching and Performance monitoring of local team.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in distributor management / E-commerce / direct and indirect medical sales experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of people management within a sales environment.
- Proven experience in Strategy Planning, Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation skills, Solution based Selling, Motivating Sales Team, Sales Planning, Driving Results, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets.
- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
It depends on experience, the role can be offered as Manager or Senior Manager.
