Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and drive sales projects in the pharmaceutical machinery sector.
You will act as a key contact for customers - from identifying prospects, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service.
This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset to achieve sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relations
• Identify and approach new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Manage leads and ensures regular follow-ups.
Product & Marketing Activities
• Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and product presentations.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and digital channels.
Quotation & Bidding
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable machinery or solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers on technical drawings and pricing.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Keep records updated in the CRM system.
Contract & Shipping
• Prepare and monitor sales contracts, payment schedules, and shipping status.
After-Sales Coordination
• Support customers with machine checking, installation, and troubleshooting in collaboration with the service team.
Market & Business Reporting
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Report project progress and order activities regularly.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy / medicine / engineering / economics
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industrial /
technical sales/ medical equipment.
• Fluently in English (speaking and writing)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
