Main objectives:
- Provide support for sales activities in Vietnam.
- Achieve sales and margin targets in Vietnam.
Job Description
- Actively promote marketing activities, sales, and products consultation within the region to access new customers and markets, thus achieving sales targets.
- Identify and forecast sales potential within the Vietnamese market, taking accountability for meeting sales targets. Monitor and evaluate the development and behavior of key players (including end customers, consultants, designers, and competitors) in Vietnam, translating insights into effective marketing strategies and tangible sales.
- Maintain a strong network with all customers by understanding their needs and proposing targeted solutions to expand overall sales potential, aiding clients in resolving issues with installed equipment.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that elucidate products or services to both existing and potential customers.
- Ensure ongoing sales activity by updating customer data, scheduling visits, generating sales visit reports, and promptly updating project statuses.
- Develop new sales channels within the Group and explore business opportunities within the assigned segment, overseeing the entire range of product lines and additional projects as per capabilities and responsibilities.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to address customer service issues and contribute to stock forecasting.
- Stay updated with new information regarding products, technologies, customers, and markets.
- Report directly to the General Director.

* Must Have:
- Proficiency in English.
- Passion for sales, strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated hard-working, responsible, self-disciplined, and self-learning attitude, with problem-solving capabilities.
- Service and results-oriented, with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong influence and persuasion skills.
* Nice to have:
- Sales professionals aged between 25-33 preferred.
- Knowledge in mechanical or LPG fields is advantageous.
- 2-3 years of direct sales, B2B, Industrial Products, or trading company experience.
