Business Development: Contact and work with potential clients in buildings, factories, and industrial zones to introduce the BDApp solution and BDCon integration devices.
2/ Client Engagement: Participate in meetings, workshops, and technology exhibitions to connect with customers, partners, and promote the company's products/services.
3/ Sales Execution: Carry out the entire B2B sales process, from customer outreach, solution consulting, quotation, and negotiation to closing deals.
4/ Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive sustainable sales growth.
5/ Market Research: Gather market information, customer needs, and competitor activities to propose suitable solutions.
6/ Presentation & Communication: Deliver presentations, product demos, and provide materials to customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
7/ Sales Reporting: Report on sales performance, progress, and results regularly to management, and propose improvements to the sales process.
Yêu cầu
1/ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales.
2/ Basic knowledge of the real estate, building management, factory, and industrial zone markets in Vietnam.
3/ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; Analytical skills with the ability to capture customer needs and propose suitable solutions
4/ Ability to generate leads, persuade, and maintain long-term client relationships.
5/ Proactive, self-motivated, and responsible in work.
6/ Proficiency in English.
7/ Good computer skills and familiarity with office software and CRM/Sales tools.
