Sales Staff (Good English Proficiency)

1. Job Description:
• New Customer Acquisition & Development:
Proactively search for, approach, and build relationships with potential
customers (importers, fashion brands, agents, etc.) in the international
market.
• Customer Care:
Maintain and develop good relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.
• Sales Process Execution:
• Receive and analyze customer requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (design, production, technical, etc.) to develop ideas, provide quotations, and propose optimal solutions for customers.
• Negotiate contract terms, monitor order progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle arising issues during order execution (if any).
• Market Research:
Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and customer demands to propose appropriate business strategies.
• Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare periodic reports on business performance, sales, and activities undertaken.

2. Job Requirements:
- Education:
College or University graduate majoring in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience:
Preference for candidates with experience in sales, especially in garment, textile, or import-export sectors. Fresh graduates with excellent academic records and clear career orientation will be provided with dedicated training programs.
- English Skills:
Good communication skills in English.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills:
Confident communication, persuasive ability, and strong negotiation skills to reach favorable agreements for the company.
3. Benefits:
- Salary: 12 triệu -14 triệu(base on personal skill)+2% Commission
