Job Purpose
To develop and maintain customer relationships, promote and sell the company's food ingredient products, achieve sales targets, and provide appropriate solutions to customers based on their business and product requirements.
The main products include pre-mixed flour, pre-mixed powers manufactured and supplied by the company.
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales &
Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned market.
Maintain and develop good relationships with existing customers.
Introduce and promote the company's products to potential and existing customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue targets, and other KPIs.
Conduct customer visits, sales presentations, product introductions, and follow-up activities.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Develop new sales channels and expand the company's customer base.
Prepare quotations and negotiate prices and commercial terms within the company's authorized policies.
B. Customer Management
Understand customers' requirements, production processes, and product applications.
Provide appropriate product recommendations according to customer needs.
Receive and coordinate customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory product quality and service.
Maintain regular communication with key customers and identify opportunities for repeat orders and business expansion.
C. Product & Technical Coordination
Understand the basic characteristics, applications, and specifications of the company's flour mixes and food ingredient blends.
Coordinate with the R&D, QA/QC, Production teams when customers require product samples, trials, or technical support.
Arrange product samples and support customer product trials when necessary.
Collect customer feedback regarding product performance, quality, packaging, and applications.
Report product-related issues to the relevant departments and follow up until appropriate action is completed.
D. Sales Administration & Reporting
Prepare sales quotations, sales orders, customer records, and other required sales documents.
Update customer information and sales activities in the company's CRM/system or other designated records.
Prepare regular sales reports, including sales results, customer visits, new opportunities, and market information.
Monitor customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Finance/Accounting Department when required.
4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of monthly/annual sales targets.
New customers acquired.
Sales revenue and gross margin.
Customer retention and repeat orders.
Number of qualified sales opportunities developed.
Customer visit and follow-up effectiveness.
Collection/payment follow-up performance.
Customer satisfaction and complaint handling.
Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports and documentation.
