Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor - Modern Trade Channel to lead our sales activities and drive business growth in key retail channels. This role is responsible for developing strategic business plans, leading a team of field sales representatives, and ensuring strong performance across all points of sale (POS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Modern Trade and Minimart landscape, proven leadership abilities, and a strong track record in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1.
Business DevelopmentSet up objectives and implement sales plans for the Supermarket and Minimart channels. Utilize advertising materials effectively to maximize brand image and presence at POS.
Lead the field sales members to achieve sales volume targets, distribution coverage, and merchandising standards, solving issues at the POS.
Control/ Track orders, discounts, sales/information of customers to provide appropriate solutions for improving/developing business results.
Update market information and competitor campaigns.
Implement plans to increase display market share at POS, penetrate new products, new outlets, and expand distribution in assigned areas.
Plan and monitor the execution of advertising campaigns to hit KPIs and monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
2. Reporting and Forecasting
Present sales reports, revenue, and forecast actual results to line manager.
Prepare and participate in daily & weekly team meetings to discuss sales and customer growth.
Forecast of sales per sub-channel, per customer.
Forecast sales volume/revenue for key products/new products.
3. Team Management
Communicates effectively with people in the team and outside of it as well.
Have good interpersonal skills for working together towards common goals.
Working time: Monday - Friday
Working location: Green Building, 160 B2 Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
Qualifications / Criteria:
Graduated from College/University, majoring in Business Administration, Economics or related majors.
At least 4 years of experience in the MT channel; good relationships with supermarkets are preferred.
Have experience and knowledge in managing business activities related to Supermarket and Minimart channels, especially the
purchasing department...
Having skills in MS. Office (Word, Excel).
Highly skilled in persuasion, negotiation, critical thinking & presentation.
Integrity and proactive in work.
Good at English communication skills.
Skills in building and developing cooperative relationships with customers and partners.
