-We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our growing team in Vietnam.
-This role is responsible for driving new business growth, managing key opportunities, and supporting the development of the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong client conversion skills, leadership potential, and a strong desire to grow into a future sales management role.
III/ Responsibilities:
a.
Business Development-Develop and manage relationships with potential and existing clients.
-Identify business opportunities and convert qualified leads into revenue-generating projects.
-Lead client meetings, presentations, proposal discussions, and commercial negotiations.
-Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing and advertising solutions.
-Achieve individual and team sales targets.
b.Team Support & Leadership
-Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior sales team members.
-Assist in pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
-Share est practices and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture.
-Support onboarding and development of new sales team members.
c.Client Relationship Management
-Build long-term partnerships with key clients.
-Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across client accounts.
-Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or related commercial roles.
Experience in
digital marketing, advertising, media, e-commerce, or related industries is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Experience mentoring or leading team members is a plus.
Fluent English communication skills.
Strong client conversion and commercial negotiation capabilities.
