Its local affiliate, Manuchar Philippines (Taguig City), is seeking highly competent individuals for the following vacancy: Sales Support Coordinator.
Role Description
- Provide Sales Support to various Business Units under the Chemical Sales Team specifically in the creation of Sales Order and its allocation in the internal system for Chemical Commodity,Personal Care/Home Care, Coatings and Paints, Construction and Industrial and Human Nutrition.
- Provides copies of Sales Order and Purchase Orders to the Invoicing Specialist and thereof checks the accuracy of the invoices as also counterchecked by the respective Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse team on deliveries
- Coordinate and monitors Chemical stocks with the warehouse team
- Prepares and submits monthly sales report (raw data only) for Specialty Chemicals
- Monitors every first and third week of the month Cost of Goods (COGS) for Specialty Chemicals
- Coordinates with Imports for the arrival of the shipments for Chemical Sales
- Creation of Request to Purchase (RTP) for local product purchases
- Monitors incoming chemical samples and payments for the said samples.
- Enters into the Compliance Catalyst Tool all clients and suppliers to check for risk of international trade sanctions
Education and Experience
- A graduate of any Business Courses, Customs Administration or any relevant course
- With at least 3 years of working experience specializing in sales or marketing support preferably gained from an international trading/distribution or logistics firm.
Key Competencies
- Knowledgeable and proficient in any integrated ERP or CRM tool. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics is of a definite advantage.
- Assertive, Results Oriented and Persevering; Excellent Customer Service skills
- Willing to accept contractual engagement but with opportunities for a permanent role depending on performance
