Sales Support Engineering

**Job Description Summary:
The position shall include the following (but not limited to).
- You are requested to generate quotations + 2D drawing/enter order/ handle technical claims for Egg Business.
- The position will closely support the sales and technical department to achieve the timeline of every project. It is required to be effective coordination and cooperation with other functional teams (sales, technical, logistic, finance) to achieve revenue target of Egg equipment business
**Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Sales Department to handle the customer request to prepare the equipment quotation and 2D layout for Egg projects.
2. Handle the Order Entering Process and manage the shipment schedule to meet the project's request via ERP system.
3. Prepare the Sales of Contract and the relevant sales documents.
4. Coordinate and work closely with engineering, service team and other functions in head quarter, region or in Vietnam, to follow up on delivery progress, logistics, invoicing, payment collection, installation support and customer claims.
5. Coordinate and facilitate daily operations (products ordering, feedback, and information) with other departments such as Logistics, Warehouse and Finance.
6. Handle the claim, coordinate with Customer Service team to generate the accurate claim report, follow up the investigation and necessary measurement.
7. Assist the Sales team/ Manager or Head of Department on providing product and market information and customer feedback to the management for decision making.
