Sales Support & Finance Executive

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist with a strong finance background and experience in logistics or warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will also possess expertise in SAP systems to provide comprehensive support to our sales team. This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of sales activities and financial processes within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and quotes for customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and events as required.
2. Financial Analysis:
• Utilize your finance background to analyze financial data, including sales revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Generate financial reports and dashboards to support sales and management decision-making.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements in financial processes.
3. Logistics and Warehouse Experience:
• Apply your logistics or warehouse knowledge to optimize order fulfillment processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track shipments and resolve any shipping or delivery issues efficiently.
4. SAP System Expertise:
• Act as the SAP subject matter expert, providing guidance to the sales team on SAP-related processes and transactions.
• Generate SAP reports and analyze data to support sales and financial objectives.
• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with various departments, including finance, logistics, and sales, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall business processes.
