The INSEE Sales Trainee Program is designed for talented young graduates or those with less than 1 year of experience - individuals full of passion and a desire to conquer the market. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to discover your limitless potential. Over these 12 months, you will be fully "immersed" in the real-world of Sales - directly interacting with customers, analyzing markets, and collaborating with various departments. You'll be trained by leading experts, have your own dedicated mentor, and most importantly - be trusted with major clients to work with.
Many talented individuals who have completed this program now hold key positions, leading teams, and achieving impressive accomplishments. The development path is fully personalized, aligning with your strengths and aspirations.
The specific responsibilities for the start of the program are as follows:
Achieving Business Goals:
+ Clearly understand assigned business objectives.
+ Plan and execute sales strategies.
+ Report periodic progress and changes in sales plans.
+ Propose solutions to achieve targets in special cases.
Customer Management:
+ Visit customers according to the assigned schedule.
+ Increase INSEE's sales volume at stores by:
+ Opening new stores that do not yet sell INSEE products.
+ Increasing INSEE's volume at existing stores.
+ Increasing the number of INSEE product lines at stores.
+ Enhancing INSEE's brand presence at stores (signboards, POSM, etc.).
+ Ensure target customers are fully aware of pricing policies and promotional programs.
+ Receive customer feedback on INSEE's products and services, relay it to relevant parties, and coordinate to resolve arising issues or complaints.
+ Update customer information and customer sales volume data.
+ Update the list of inactive or newly active customers in the assigned territory.
Market Information Update:
+ Understand and report information on competitor activities.
+ Report changes in customers, distributors, etc., that affect target achievement.
+ Perform other reports as required by regulations for each period.
Yêu cầu
+ Freshly graduated from College or University or have less than 1-2 years of experience.
+ GPA from 6.5/10 or 2.6/4 or equivalent
+ TOEIC 450 or relevant
+ Good communication skills, know how to build relationships.
+ Ability to learn quickly, persistent & committed to work.
+ Willing to go to the market, visit distributors, retailers in the assigned area.
