Mô tả công việc
1. Access and implement learning and development platform/process throughout Trade Sales organization, in alignment with the company's direction and the overall business goals.
2. Establish training standards for Trade Sales organization and provide quality assessment for training courses where so required.
3. Develop strategic partnerships with channel heads in trade sales to identify and intervene on commercial capability development initiatives that foster the needed learning and address/close the identified gaps.
4. Lead trade sales talent management from acquiring to on-boarding, development and retention.
5. Analyze training needs and determine measures required to enhance employee job performance in alignment with expected performance and to equip employees with the required skills and competencies to achieve the business objectives.
6. Design, tailor and execute training programs, development processes and learning tools in Trade Sales based on actual needs to ensure effective implementation and practical application.
7. Develop structured processes that allow rigorous tracking/executing training and qualifying Trade Sales FLM level and above, base on the company's approved capability development calendar.
8. Manage the performance and resources of Trade Sales' Training & Development function to ensure productivity and effective responsive delivery of services as per approved plans.
9. Partner with leadership team, managers and employees at all levels to foster the organization's desired culture.
10. Lead young talent development programs from planning to execution.
11. Provide coaching to others and facilitate team members development.
12. Set high standard for self and team, initiate performance discussions with manager to collect feedback and act on feedback received for continuous improvement of team and self.

Yêu cầu
- At least 5 years' experience in Sales trainings/Field Sales from FMCG companies
- Experiences of designing and facilitating knowledge training and skill building programs that supports continuous development and practical implementation to enhance participants performance.
- Proven track record of developing people and building organization capabilities. Successfully designed and implemented training programs.
- Good communication to both internal and external business partners.
