Mô tả công việc
I. Job Summary:
The Sales Training is responsible for managing, delivering, and improving our sales training programs. This role involves coaching, program assessment, and frequent travel for insights into our business. Collaboration with the Sales Training Manager is key to developing effective training programs.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Training Program Management:
• Responsible for delivery to ensure the relevant sales training programs in plan;
• Provide coaching for new/revised training to key line trainers, observe & provide feedback for key line trainer in sales training programs;
• Measure sales training programs qualification and training result;
• Frequent travel is required per month.
• Conduct training need analysis for sales and relevant training programs;
2. Training Delivery and Support:
• Deliver sales & relevant training programs;
• Demo, coach to enable line trainers to conduct relevant sales training programs;
• Observe and provide feedback to line trainer for relevant sales training programs;
• Participate in developing sales and relevant training programs for sales;
• Join field work to understand the business and gain more insights for training;
3. Training Program Development:
• Develop new training materials and assessment tools for training evaluation;
• Participate in Training projects & other assignments from Sales Training Manager.
• Any other tasks

1. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Training/Finance is a plus)
2. Work Experience: 2-3 years of experiences in training
• 1 year in similar position.
3. Knowledge: Financing, banking knowledge
4. Skills:
• Strong in analysis & presenting ideas
• Well-structured communication
• Good in English & fluent in Vietnamese
• Good interpersonal and convincing
• Strong in both making & answering questions
• Strong at coaching & providing feedbacks
• Professional presentation
• Teamwork and result oriented
• Good at Microsoft office
• Willing to travel and take rotation
