Collaborate with the sales team to collect customer requirements for the sample, such as quantity, materials, style, colors, and other specifications.
Manage the entire product development process, ensuring products move smoothly from concept to completion.
Facilitate and lead product review meetings at each development stage, providing clear direction and feedback.

Yêu cầu
Fluency in English.
Experienced in garment merchandising as sample development, product development, or a similar role
Understanding of fabrics, garment materials and the sample production process. Having knowledge of embroidery and printing samples is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Textile/ Garment major is preferred
Ability to communicate and convey information clearly and effectively.
Organizational skills, progress monitoring, and time management.
Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for fashion.
Meticulous, detail-oriented.
