SAP Business One Operations & Maintenance Specialist

CyberLogitec Vietnam is an ODC (Off-shore Development Center) in Vietnam providing service for SW Development, Testing and 24/7 Service Desk.
We specialize in IT solutions for logistics business such as shipping, terminal & yard, warehouse, trucking and forwarding. Also we are researching new technologies for web, mobile, virtual reality and machine learning.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Handle customer inquiries and operational issues related to SAP Business One
Analyze ERP system errors and incidents, identify root causes, and provide solutions
Analyze and support improvements or changes to ERP business processes, including Accounting, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Production
Operate and troubleshoot interfaces between ERP and external systems such as MES, WMS, OMS, and Groupware (G/W)
Use SQL to retrieve data and analyze data-related issues
Monitor and maintain customer ERP systems to ensure stable and reliable operation
Provide technical and operational support to customers as required
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Strong interest in IT and ERP systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills with customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive attitude toward learning new business processes, technologies, and systems
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SAP Business One operations and maintenance
Experience with SAP ERP or other ERP systems
Experience in ERP consulting or ERP implementation projects
Understanding of ERP business processes such as Accounting/Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Production
Development experience with C#, SQL, JavaScript, VBA, Python, or similar technologies
Experience with SQL and DBMS, including MS SQL Server and SAP HANA
Experience in operating ERP interfaces and integrated systems
Degree or educational background in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience in customer technical support and system maintenance
Good English communication skills are highly preferred skill;
Being organizational, analytical, and hustle.

Salary review based on performance every 6 months (from the signing official service contract date, excluding 2 months of probationary period)) if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year.
