Mô tả công việc
The Lead is expected to be able to independently manage/ discuss the Project related requirement with the customer, provide best industry fit solutions, configure system, perform testing, support UAT and integration with other internal and external systems;
Ability to work with Offshore team and manage the project deliverables with customers and other stakeholders.
Expected Tasks to be performed:
Understand customer requirement, current landscape, with different stakeholders and detail the requirements;
Understand the legacy system, interface requirements, and elicit the requirements;
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for requirements elicitation and communicate, clarify the requirements with the offshore team;
Prepare the Business Blue Print document, Functional specifications /design document for the custom developments;
Participate and review the architecture, design with customer stakeholders and feedback with offshore team;
Provide best fit industry solutions / design to fulfill customer requirement;
Configure SAP system to realize / implement customer requirement;
Perform unit testing;
Support UAT;
Provide Key User Training;
Interface testing with Internal and external SAP and Non-SAP systems;
Deliver all relevant project documentation in Japanese as agreed in the project scope;
Bring experience of Japan specific business process in Procurement,Vendor Claim etc.
Yêu cầu
Mandatory Skills:
At least 8 years of experience SAP MM module;
At least 1 E2E SAP Implementation experience in SAP MM module;
At least 2 support project experience;
At least 2 projects working experience in JAPAN;
At least 1 project in Japanese Automotive Company;
Experience in S/4 HANA;
Business Japanese language proficiency (Native Japanese or at least JLPT N1 certification is preferred);
Working Knowledge of English for interaction with team members from different teams and regions is desired;
Have experienced working with offshore/distributed delivery teams;
Proficient in SAP Procure to Pay Process;
Proficient in SAP inventory Management process;
Proficient in SAP Stock Transfer Process;
Proficient in SAP Vendor Return and Claim Process;
Experience in integration with other modules like FI, SD, EWM, PP;
Working Experience in Interfaces with SAP and Non-SAP systems.
