Citek is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic SAP
Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling SAP S/4HANA solutions to businesses across Vietnam. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead and develop the sales team's overall strategy, goals, and execution plans for SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Drive key account development, converting high-potential prospects into long-term strategic clients.
Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets, expanding the market share of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Engage directly with senior client executives, negotiating large-scale deals and strategic partnerships.
Mentor and support
Sales Executives and other team members to improve skills and performance.
Manage high-level client relationships and oversee complex sales negotiations and contract agreements.
Collaborate closely with technical teams, marketing, and SAP partners to deliver integrated solutions.
Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide strategic insights to leadership.
