Dream Job Alert! Become a SAP Specialist (FICO/Manufacturing, ID22835) at a foreign-invested company and earn $2350/month:
Daily System Support & Incident Management:
Provide dedicated operational support and troubleshooting for SAP modules including FI, CO, TRM, and Group Reporting (GR).
Resolve system errors, analyze root causes of operational incidents, and monitor system integrations (such as Viettel E-Invoice, banking interfaces, and automated batch jobs).
Collaborate across cross-functional modules (MM, SD, PP) via integration touchpoints like OBYC and VKOA to ensure seamless cross-module workflows.
System Customization & Change Request Execution:
Perform system configuration and customizing adjustments to meet evolving accounting standards or regulatory requirements.
Gather user requirements, analyze business impacts, and draft comprehensive Functional Specification (FS) documents.
Execute system integration testing (SIT), coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and prepare training guides (TTT) for end-users.
Financial Closing & Specialized Module Support:
Assist with month-end and year-end closing cycles, supporting error diagnostics during product costing and manufacturing cost runs.
Support specialized financial domains including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Treasury (borrowing, investments, intercompany loans, CCS, forward contracts), and consolidation reporting.
Requirement
Education & Professional Background:
Male or Female (Male preferred), born in 1988 or the 9x generation.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Accounting/Management Information Systems (AIS/MIS), or related disciplines.
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, operation, or support roles.
Strong professional preference for candidates with prior exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments within manufacturing enterprises, specifically handling Product Costing and Material Ledger.
Technical Expertise & Functional Competencies:
Deep understanding of FICO configuration, automated integration mechanisms (FI-MM, FI-SD, FI-PP), and financial closing workflows.
Thorough knowledge of accounting standards (VAS and IFRS) combined with strong process analytical skills.
Language & Work Arrangement:
Fluent in English (mandatory for corporate group meetings, client consultations, and drafting technical documentation).
Flexibility for occasional domestic business trips to regional plant locations (Da Nang, Hue, Central region, etc. with expenses covered).
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary Range: Negotiable VND 40,000,000 - 60,000,000 Gross/month.
Working from Monday to Saturday (Saturday operations maintained via flexible remote).
Statutory Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance contributions calculated at 80% of salary.
