Sap Support (Mid/ Senior)

About the job:
Closely work with the ket stakeholders to support critical incident SAP issues from modules: FI, CO, PS, and related Einvoice system (SD, MM)
Be Project Assistant for projects related to FI/CO/PS from the discovery stage to building the network, managing the project timeline, engaging stakeholders, testing till launching, and change management.
The primary IT point of contact to business line executives, perform business analysis, propose solutions and prepare recommendations as needed, provide support in delivering projects that meet the needs of the business and deliverable milestone
Be a team leader for FI, CO, PS, and Einvoice specialized change requests who analyze business requirement details and then propose solutions related to SAP, BI, and Autobot..., drive communication & manage timelines to ensure on-track deliverable milestone
Cooperate with other IT functions to implement IT projects to deliver the expected value
Manage E-Invoice tickets on Service Desk and coordinate with Tax, Einvoice (Viettel), and AMS vendor to support the system's daily operation and deliver IT service within SLA
Follow the IT Service Management process to deliver high-quality IT services within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Resolve Incidents & manage problems of Einvoice applications in compliance with IT Information Library / Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT)
Ensure compliance with IT policy and effective execution of IT Governance.
