- Interpret Thai to Vietnamese and vice versa during communication between Thai expat, employees, customers, and business partners
- Translate documents and customer requirements
- Ensure accurate communication and support smooth work progress according to timelines
- Support customer events and activities
- Create brochures and materials for new product introductions
- Conduct research on customer satisfaction levels
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Perform other tasks as assigned, depending on work requirements and nature of the job
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Thai Language or related fields
- Fluent in Thai communication skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, and interpretation
- At least 1 year of experience in interpretation/translation
- Experience in the Marketing field is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel for business trips
- Honest, proactive, hardworking, and passionate about the job
