We're looking for a proactive and results-driven
Trade Marketing Executive to manage the commercial framework and sales-push effectiveness for Grey Cement, and ensure all trade policies, pricing structures, rebates budgets are executed with high precision and financial compliance in the Building Materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
A/ Pricing & Policy Management
Update and maintain pricing structures; monitor and propose adjustments for discounts, rebates, and commercial policies across all product lines.
B/ Sales Promotion Execution
Plan and execute sales-push programs to quick-win share or increase coverage (e.g., Free Bag, Support Vouchers for New Retailers).
Ensure Promotion Compliance & Administration.
C/ Financial Governance
Take full ownership of the NSP impact and movement;
Manage Accruals, Settlements relating to NSP and ensure 100% compliance with financial procedures.
D/ Market Intelligence
Frequent visit distributors, retailers to monitor competitor activities and market movement at distribution levels.
E/ Performance Analytics
Analyze ROI and Volume Gain for all trade activities
Provide data-driven reports to the Board of Management.
