1. Admissions & Sales Management (70%)
- Lead the school's admissions and sales activities to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement admissions plans and sales strategies in alignment with the school's business objectives.
- Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
- Recruit, lead, coach, and develop the Admissions team to build a high-performing sales culture.
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance management to enhance team capability and effectiveness.
- Manage the admissions pipeline and ensure a professional and positive parent experience from enquiry to enrolment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing parents to support student recruitment and retention.
2. School Operations Management (30%)
- Oversee the overall operational efficiency of the school, including cost control, resource utilization, and service quality.
- Work closely with the School Leadership Team (Principal / Vice Principal) to ensure smooth daily operations and alignment between admissions, academic, and support functions.
- Monitor school performance, operational costs, and profitability to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
3. Quality Assurance and Image Building:
o Support timely and effective problem-solving for customers.
o Work closely with departments to maintain program quality.
o Contribute to maintaining a positive school reputation and customer experience.
5. Working Info
Location: Small Wonder - Tung Thien Vuong (District 8): A new school that is scheduled to open soon.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday morning
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Education, Early Childhood Education, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing sales, admissions, or school operations.
• Proven track record of achieving enrolment, sales, or business growth targets, preferably in the education or preschool industry.
• Strong people management experience with the ability to recruit, lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales and admissions teams.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to analyse sales performance, manage budgets, control operational costs, and drive profitability.
• Strong customer service mindset with proven experience in handling parent concerns, building long-term relationships, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English
