Stock Analysis and Report Management
Check stock data in the system and review the stock status of each division based on the company's reporting format
Send monthly stock status updates to each division to help them plan their stock clearance activities
Summarize stock data and clearance plans from all divisions to prepare reports for the SCM team and the CFO
Track and report the progress of stock clearance for each division every week
Monitor monthly sales forecasts and compare them with actual sales by division and sales channel
Make sure all teams follow the company's stock management rules and processes
Yêu cầu
College degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (internship or full-time), fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), including tools such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, and other data functions
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, high attention to data accuracy and detail, enjoys working with numbers
Experience or knowledge in SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or Supply Chain operations is a plus
