Cubable is looking for a passionate and dedicated Scrum Master to help us assist the Scrum Master in managing agile processes, facilitating meetings, and ensuring the team adheres to agile practices and principles.

YOUR JOB WILL BE

1. Support Scrum Activities:

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and facilitation of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help in the preparation and maintenance of Scrum artifacts such as product backlog, sprint backlog, and burndown charts.

2. Facilitation:

• Support the Scrum Master in removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment for the team.
• Encourage team communication and collaboration to improve productivity and deliverables.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

• Assist in documenting meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of the team's progress and report to the Scrum Master and stakeholders as required.

4. Continuous Improvement:

• Help identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing changes.
• Participate in team retrospectives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

5. Team Support:

• Act as a point of contact for team members regarding agile processes and tools.
• Provide administrative support to the Scrum Master and team as needed.

6. Learning and Development:

• Continuously improve knowledge of agile methodologies and practices.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

YOU ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Certification Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus.
• Basic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Previous experience in a support or administrative role is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
