Job Description:
Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework.
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
Manage process and expectations of demands (enhancements / new services) for small to large scale digital projects.
Ensuring compliance to governance process and policies from enterprise architect endorsement, budgeting, project initiation to completion.
Initiating & getting approvals for IT spend papers.
Translating IT spend papers to project with business & IT stakeholders.
Communicating project expectations, planning, monitoring to project team members from IT.
Providing concise project reporting & ensuring project runs within the boundaries.
Manage local & regional projects.

Requirement:
Scrum Master with over 7 years of experience in Data experience. Must strong as a Data Master.
Experienced as a Scrum master for at least 2 - 3 Data related projects.
Working in any regional APAC project would be a huge advantage.
Having strong synthesis and analysis skills.
Able to respect engagements and result-driven.
Autonomous and able to present clear and concise reporting.
Teamwork mindset and open to an international context as cooperating with several different sites.
Good
communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
