• Manage export - import shipments from end to end.
• Arrange bookings with shipping lines and release booking confirmations to customers.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with overseas agents and customers.
• Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI), Verified Gross Mass (VGM), and other required shipping documents.
• Prepare and issue House Bill of Lading (HBL), Manifest, review Master Bill of Lading (MBL), and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates on ETD, ATD, ETA, vessel changes, delays, and cargo status.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, Shipping lines, trucking companies, warehouses, customs brokers, and co-loaders to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Prepare Debit Notes, verify operational costs, and follow up customer payments when required.
• Resolve shipment issues, documentation discrepancies, and operational exceptions promptly.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update the company's operating system.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, customer requirements, carrier regulations, and international shipping practices.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
