Submitting Shipping Instruction/ VGM to Ocean Master Carrier/Co-loader
Issuing House Bill of Lading
Filling Export Manifest for shipments to US/CA/EU
Billing tasks: follow supplier's invoice to make payment for the cost; create Debit Note to client and follow payment to release shipment
Track and trace shipment status and Solving customer's problem relating Documentation/ Export Manifest
Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
Bachelor's degree: College or University
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Forwarder
Experience in US/CA/EU route
Good at communication in both of English and Vietnamese
Good Computer skills (MS Office): Word, Excel, Power Point
Be patient, detail-oriented, careful, ability to work under pressure
