Sea Freight Operations Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a Sea Freight Operations Executive to manage daily sea import/export operations and coordinate closely with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily sea import/export forwarding operations.
• Receive booking requests and shipment information from customers, agents, and sales teams.
• Arrange bookings with shipping lines and co-loaders.
• Monitor cargo status and shipment schedules.
• Prepare and process shipping documents including SI, B/L, VGM, Arrival Notice, pre-alert, etc.
• Support compliance filing processes such as AMS/AFR/ISF when required.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and suppliers regarding shipment status and operational matters.
• Follow up shipments until cargo arrival and delivery completion.
• Prepare CN/DN and coordinate payment processing.
• Support accounting team in receivable collection when required.
• Resolve operational issues proactively and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare reports as assigned by line manager.
