Security Operation Center Manager

SOC Manager is responsbile to manage the full SOC (Security Operation Center) at VinFast. This position must be able to handle escalated incidents, work closely with customers, have excellent communications skills, have 3-5 years network and system administration experience, have a close working knowledge of security issues and appropriate countermeasures, and be familiar with trouble ticketing systems and 24x7x365 support environments.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze logs and alerts from various security systems
- Manage log sources
- Evaluate and address vulnerabilities
- Implement and maintain security solutions
- Create, modify, and implement detection rules
- Support for escalated alerts from the SOC (investigation from the SIEM and Cloud security solutions)
- Participation / management of the security incident response
- Implementation of new SIEM rules and improvement of existing rules
- Implementation of a dashboarding environment for alert management in collaboration with the CISO
- Definition and participation in SOC improvement projects (tools, processes, expanding SOC coverage, consideration of data science applied to the SOC...)
- Participation in the documentation writing for the SOC
