Mô tả công việc

* Responsibilities
- Responsible for and direct the 24x7 operations of the Operations Centre operations.
- Manage, develop, administer, and review the Operations Centre's processes and procedures.
- Work with the clients, management and stakeholders to develop and maintain plans, procedures, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain operational performance, morale and discipline of the Operations Centre team.
- Set standards, performance matrix and guidelines for the Operations Centre with the objective of driving operational excellence.
- Train and develop the competencies as part of the Operations Centre team.
- Monitor, coordinate, track, respond and manage security events and incidents according to prescribed procedures and processes, and provide real-time situation awareness to key stakeholder(s).
- Fulfil Client's audit and internal audit requirements.
- Oversee the management of the escalation of events and incidents.
- Collect, process, analyse and assess data and statistics for decision making.
- Prepare and submit reports required by the Management.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Yêu cầu

* Requirements
- Proficient in using computers and operating security systems such as video management systems, access control systems, visitor management systems etc.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under little or no supervision as well as able to work in a team environment.
- Able to multi-task and manage detail-oriented tasks.
- Able to remain calm, professional and perform under pressure.
- Strong situation judgment.
- Willingness to take instructions and learn.
- Able to work in 12 hours, 6 days a week shifts. (From 10am to 10pm)
