Seeding SaaS Specialist | Marketing

JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Seeding SaaS Specialist to drive organic awareness, community engagement, and qualified user acquisition for our AI-powered SaaS platform. You will build authentic conversations across developer, startup, AI, and technology communities, helping position our product naturally while contributing to measurable business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and execute community-led seeding campaigns across LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter), Discord, Facebook, Threads, Quora, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and other relevant platforms.
Research target audiences, online communities, competitors, and industry trends to identify high-impact seeding opportunities.
Create authentic discussions, comments, reviews, educational content, and user-generated conversations tailored to each platform.
Build relationships with relevant communities and engage meaningfully to establish brand credibility.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging with product positioning and campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, community sentiment, and key growth metrics; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain and expand a database of communities, influencers, and seeding resources.
Stay up to date with AI trends, platform algorithms, and best practices in SaaS and community marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Seeding Marketing, Community Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Experience marketing SaaS, AI, technology products, software services, or B2B products is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of online communities, social media platforms, and audience engagement strategies.
Excellent Vietnamese copywriting and communication skills; good English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) to improve research, content creation, and productivity.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, UTM tracking, or similar) is a plus.
Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
