Manages the development, review and continuous update of SMVCL's Sales Distribution System to include both direct and indirect system to ensure that all processes and activities are consistent with approved corporate strategy/direction.
Manages the design, installation and monitoring of all training and people development programs through trainers-training approach to equip all direct and indirect selling positions to effectively discharge their respective functions/tasks. In addition, to ensure systematic monitoring of competency levels of all incumbents and training needs.
Manages the design and installation of a configuration process (criteria and procedures) to establish the appropriate service for territory and configuration of an area, territory, or district including the definition of dealership system to ensure appropriate service areas, accountabilities for all selling positions consistent with SMVCL's distributions strategy.
Manages the design, installation (particularly pilot-testing) of all selling sub-processes such as Payment Upon Order, hand-held presell ordering process, Efficient Consumer Response, among others to ensure that all support systems and tools are fully functional as necessary components of the selling system.

Bachelor's/University degree in business, sales or marketing
At least two (2) or more years experience in the areas of sales and marketing
Basic knowledge in sales & marketing
Effective English oral and written communication skills
Leadership and management skills
