Semiconductor Customer Engineer
Work location: Singapore.
A top US technology corporation specializing in semiconductor equipment, providing equipment, solutions, and services to major semiconductor manufacturers worldwide.
Main responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
Troubleshoot and solve complex equipment issues.
Work directly with customers and international engineering teams.
Lead technical projects when required.
Train and mentor junior Field Service Engineers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Hardware Engineering, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, Equipment Engineer, or similar role.
Must have hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry, including semiconductor equipment, process equipment, inspection systems, or other high-tech manufacturing equipment.
Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, vacuum systems, or thermodynamics.
Good understanding of wafer processing and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with the ability to communicate technically with international customers.
Project leadership or technical meeting experience is a strong advantage.
Candidates who can attend an offline interview in Ho Chi Minh City toward the end of this year are preferred.
